qdog, Absolutely.... with that response, you are officially banished to the dog house. First you cannot come up with the 4 patents, then no explanation of this GTE announcement. I think we should replace you with Surfer Mike as the official tech expert on this thread. Seriously, of all the announcements today, I find that payphone idea very interesting. It is the most logical extension to WLLs and of course the future G*. I can almost see a bunch of portable pay phones installed in China for Chinese New Year traffic, then to Brazil for Mardi Gras, then to whereever for World Cup.... May be we should buy a franchise for these payphones. Ramsey
