Insiders turning very bullish on technology.

As of today, XLK is negative. Looking at the stats, it appears that their timing is mediocre for the first 3 months after the signal (50-60% win). After 3 months, their win rate goes into the upper 80’s - and at 12 months, it’s 100%.

So, imo, it’s worth paying attention, maybe trade the ETF, maybe sell some puts on weakness - no hurry.

The broader market is also “undecided” - to put it mildly.
