This is unlikely to happen! SEBL is a good company with good people, so is unlikley to disappear short term.
However, they are very vulnerable IMO.

Their solution is not unique, and SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft (not sure about BAAN) will be keen to sell their own Sales Automation products with a corresponding increase in competition.
The valuation relative to sales and earnings is extremely high, so again you might expect the price to take a big hit should earnings falter, or the market receded.

I think you have the right approach being short. But then I'm more comfortable as my short is at 53 1/2.
