However, they are very vulnerable IMO. Their solution is not unique, and SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft (not sure about BAAN) will be keen to sell their own Sales Automation products with a corresponding increase in competition. The valuation relative to sales and earnings is extremely high, so again you might expect the price to take a big hit should earnings falter, or the market receded. I think you have the right approach being short. But then I'm more comfortable as my short is at 53 1/2. P.
