Another Olympic watch from Omega.

hodinkee.com

When I first viewed the photo of the new watch, I was immediately reminded of my 1956 Melbourne watch. Scroll down the article and you’ll see it. Unfortunately, my version does not have the enamel Olympic rings. I acquired mine at least 20 years ago for what I thought was an exorbitant price. But I liked it so much, I reached deep into my pockets and bought it.

Needs serious service now. I am thinking about sending it to the factory. A friend has the same watch as I do, and sent it to the factory. He was shocked at the price charged by the Swiss.
