Acorn "A Remarkable Place To Die" is a solid entry in the "Cop comes back to small hometown to uncover secrets" lane, set in far southern New Zealand with VERY different terrain from North Island. Not too gory or cutesy (not another "Brokenwood"). Watched first of four.

Next up to try is "The Gone," also set in NZ with an Irish cop investigating missing Irish citizens. Anyone seen it yet?
