I replied and countered your totally baseless claim.

That's all I could do.

As an engineer, I know what's at stake. I simulate the crap out of chip designs before they make it to silicon, because the cost of any bugs that escape into silicon is massive. In the case of these two back-to-back rocket failures, this is NOT par for the course. These are very expensive failures. But more importantly, they are really bad PR for the company. One rocket explosion is fine, but two is starting to look like a real problem. It suggests to me that SpaceX is compressing schedules at the cost of quality.
Hey, it is possible I suppose that Musk's absence from the Boca Chica had something to do with it.

But there are no better engineering operations in the country than that at SpaceX and Tesla, and you know that. This incident could be they misdiagnosed the first explosion and repeated it, but we really don't know that. I will agree it looked the same to you and me, but incidents are rarer with SpaceX than any other space operation that I'm aware of. I believe they have a mission success rate on the Falcon, over 458 launches (Falcon 9 + heavy) of which 455 have been successful. That 99.3%.

Let's be honest: You're going after Musk for political issues and you know it.

It is okay. So, is everyone else in CA. It is okay. He is used to it.
