Here we go again ... Trump threatens new tariffs on Canada, including 250% tax on dairy (CNN Business) To be sure, these are targeted tariffs, specifically on dairy and lumber. The one on dairy seems to have a history that goes back years, so it's nothing new. But Trump is burning through political capital at an enormous rate.
