Canada and Greenland are in NATO, so they are already secure. Panama is a signatory to the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance - Wikipedia, so it is also protected.
As I said:

Russia is believed to have Hypersonics that make it from there to your front porch in 20 minutes. And we have nothing with which to stop it.
