I would say those engineers work at full tilt every day.
Yes I know, which is why it's a MANAGEMENT issue.

Musk is notorious for working his engineers to the bone without giving them adequate compensation. To him, working for him should be "rewarding" enough.
It would be cool if you could just launch the first time and it was all good
No i-node, it is NOT the first time.

The previous rocket explosion was no big deal to me, but the latest one is telling.

SpaceX needs to take a step back and make sure there isn't a third.
