I’m sure there is plenty of telemetry and they find out what happened and what connection if any there was between the two incidents.
I'm not sure there is any connection between the two incidents. The nature of each failure seems vastly different.

Regardless of any connection or learnings to takeaway, the PR component cannot be ignored.

Musk can "free speech" whatever alternate realities he wants on X, but he can't "free speech" away these spectacular failures, ESPECIALLY if he wants SpaceX to "fix" the FAA.
