Dennis, I am disappointed that the news release isn't out as stated
in their last release. I am, however, still very long on the company
and have not lost my faith.

In the second statement, I was alluding to the very slight increase in the bid. As we speak, the bid is at .28, ask .29. Generally, and this
is my own speculation, but the small amount of volume, shrinking of
the spread might mean that supply is shrinking. JMO however.

I was also alluding to my responses to LE's posts on both Jonathan's
and Brad's threads. I am waiting for a response as to how a company
that essentially does the same thing as Myriad could be compared to
FAMH as LE has done. Or how a company with franchised offices which
has huge overhead ( administrative costs at 70 percent of gross ) could be used to say FAMH is lagging. Or perhaps how FAMH's low
sales per share figure can be used solely without regard to the
fact that they have such a low capitalization compared to last year's
sale, and extremely low when compared to this year's potential
sales.

I'm sure LE's is doing DD to rebut my response, both on other companies in the industry, and also on the precedence tests he cites
to defend his actionable libel(JMO).

Jin.
