See, Jim: the reason is total confusion.

For the most part it's hard to set sail on anything that is not crazy
with the issue as the past news is not confirmed. The consternation is
in a up market as allways. When the news finds it's way to the street
the product will have a compatible value in the issue, and TJMO. No fact
just a guess for the movement of late. I will take it as any up is
far better than the past.
