No, that's not the case. The courts seem to onboard pretty much everything he has done.

I think that shocked many of you, but the reason the arrangement with Musk (or whoever might otherwise have been chosen) has been so successful to date is that the process was carefully planned in advance and as previously stated, the lawyers we out front on everything they're doing. We know this because at least one credible person who was present has spoken out about it.

Some of this stuff may not hold up in court, but if nothing else the programs will have been significantly reduced by that time.

The courts have made clear thus far that the President has every right to do what has been done as part of his oversight responsibility.

When Congress refuses to uphold its responsibility there must be some adult who can step in and keep the country operational. I don't think there would be a person among the Framers who would disagree with that. The reason for the presidency is we need a person who can direct the nation, most notably when it has lost its direction.

I doubt you do, but if you want to argue this point I'll ask you to start off by explaining what a nation that is broke -- adding debt at unprecedented rates while unable to pay even the interest on the debt, and no sign of slowing down its spending spree -- is to proceed with intransigents on the left?

Let's not suggest the Adam Schiffs, AOCs, Elizabeth Warrens, and Jamie Raskins of the world are going to turn this around. That is not going to happen and you know it.
