Talked to Gerald about the Greece Shipping Deal. This was a sure deal and the Greece shipping company would not talk or return calls and it was non binding letter of intent also the time expired when the 20th came without a definitive agreementsign which cause the letter of intent to expire by it own terms. The board of CNHH decided this deal was more profitable and viable anyway plus it was located within the USA so investors could visit the company.

Also the profit margin should be substanually higher that the 10% net of the 1996 Greek Shipping deal. Also since this is a service company in the oil & gas industry with accounts with platforms in the gulf it is hard to put a figure to the service end since it is supply and demand.

From my understanding the shares are:

6 M in restricted shares
200K in Preferred with no conversion to common
850K in the float
480K in the free trading float

Happy Trading
