At the end of the day, if Putin is defeated it is because the United States amped up the effort. Trump believes that is a mistake. How many dead Americans are you willing to see in order to have your dream fulfilled? This is a big problem the anti war leftists have always had: They want the war, but they want to end in a nice sterile way. In real life it doesn't work that way.
