<RFK Jr. Asks CDC to Investigate Link Between Vaccines and Autism as Childhood Diagnoses Skyrocket

The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has asked the Center For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to investigate a possible link between vaccines and autism.

The request, which was reported by multiple media outlets including CNN and The Washington Post, will involve a study using the Vaccine Safety Datalink, which monitors safety of vaccines and investigates potential adverse reactions.

“As President Trump said in his Joint Address to Congress, the rate of autism in American children has skyrocketed,” HHS spokesman Andrew Nixon said in a statement to CNN.

“CDC will leave no stone unturned in its mission to figure out what exactly is happening.”

”The American people expect high quality research and transparency and that is what CDC is delivering.”

Secretary Kennedy has long advocated the belief that there is a link between vaccines and autism, althoug the claim remains contentious and disputed.

Establishment scientists and mainstream media claim that there is no evidence for a link between the two things and insist the rising number of diagnoses is a result of increased awareness about mental conditions.

However, critics point to the almost non-existent rate of autism in the Amish community, where children are generally not vaccinated.

During his joint address to Congress earlier this week, Trump pledged to follow through on RFK Jr.’s slogan of “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) and pointed to statistics showing how rates of autism among children have skyrcoketed over recent years.

“Our goal is to get toxins out of our environment, poisons out of our food supply, and keep our children healthy and strong,” Trump said.

“As an example, not long ago — you can’t even believe these numbers — 1 in 10,000 children had autism.

“1 in 10,000. And now it’s 1 in 36. There’s something wrong. One in 36. Think of that.“

“So, we’re going to find out what it is, and there’s nobody better than Bobby and all of the people that are working with you — you have the best — to figure out what is going on.“

That work to establish what is going on is beginning right now.>
