True. And immigrants fed the US need for more talent for several decades, as well as the need for manual labor in the agricultural areas. We shall see if this continues. I heard that Pres. Trump is allowing wealthy people to buy a "gold immigration card" to enter the US. I'm not sure if they are talented in addition to being wealthy. rws
