Inode, if I ran Twitter, I would ensure that outages like the one that they just experienced today would NEVER happen again.
Like so many things, one has to weigh cost vs benefit. I’m not sure what either of those factors would be in the case of X, but I would say it is far more important if grok was involved than if they were simply twitter outages.
