You bozos assign blame for that to Obama. Wrong! Just imagine how much they'd have gone up without ACA??? A lot more. It's the blood sucking insurance companies raising the rates, not Obama. Any effort to control costs have been obstructed by the GOP congress. You guys are pretty dumb dumb dumb.
