Supreme Court shouldn't even take up the case, but it prolly will.
Supreme Court should spend one hour hearing arguments from the Trump lawyers, another 15 minutes laughing their asses off, and the last 15 minutes scribbling their decision on a few napkins.

Clarence Thomas is free to write his own dissenting opinion, if he can get one of his benefactors to write it for him ...
