My condolences. I fully understand. We lost our last malemute last summer, she was just shy of 16. We really miss her. Mine were not registered, but I could tell they were mostly malemute. Here is a link to another outlier, Joe Henderson. He has some of the most beautiful dogs in the world, old time malemutes. I saw Joe and his dogs once, from a distance, he was heading out into the Arctic, from the Happy Valley area. I was driving by. malamuteman.org Joe has written some books, available on Amazon or from website. Lots of stuff on youtube about Joe. Some years ago he had a better website with lots of stunning scenery photos, but I think a divorce ended that one. The one above is more recent. Tweets Can't imagine keeping care of 30 malemutes, 4 about drove us nutz at times.
