There is no evidence anything in that article was of significance. The online Doge listings are clearly works in progress and subject to change. They're just trying to keep the interested public aware of where they are at an instant in time.

That is acceptable to thoughtful people. There will be ups and there will be downs, and things on the list today will be added to and deleted as data comes in.

This is not a difficult concept to understand.
