Hi Bob,

Futures up 37 right now.

Hopefully the Daily Bear has ended.

Tomorrow the UPRO Bull Cycle will be overdue for a sell signal.

The Monthly is getting close to crossing the lower trend line, that normally results in a Monthly Bear Cycle. So hopefully it doesn't cross.

I still have a lot of cash on hand, so the uglier the better.
