- Capital is like manure. You need to spread it evenly for the same reason.
- If capital is hoarded by a few markets, it surely leads to bubbles. (see data centers and AI as we speak)
- This leads to capital misallocation
- It pushes interest rates down, making credit widely available and making people consume and acquire debt.
ENTERS TRUMP AND HIS TEAM:
- The Trump administration does not want Americans to consume,
- Thus putting up tariffs to make products expensive to them.
- Exporters from now on have to sell their products into their INTERNAL MARKETS rather than exporting them to the US.
- These exporting countries have been artificially lowering their currencies to export more.
- Trump's team will not allow that and will push the USD lower.
