Rock,

The Palm Pilot runs on 2 side-mounted AAA batteries. The clik!
can run on those, or you could boost the MAH with AA for a size
trade-off, but I think there's plenty of room for the clik! and
batteries.

It would run off the same power supply, don't you think?

Don't forget the PP is 5" long on it's own, I doubt another
1/4 inch would bother many people. Why do you think all that
other interface stuff would be required?
