gg cox, You can't help yourself when it comes to demonstrating your ignorance, especially about the oii and gas industries. Foir example, the reason why mega refineries are on tidewater, is because transporting oil by tanker is lowest cost, shipping refined product by tanker is lowest cost, and mega refineries have the benefit of scale, so have lowest refining costs. Alberta is land locked. Regarding the Alberta Heritage Fund, is was over $100 billion until the communist Rachel Notley raided it, spent it all, and then created a $100 billion deficit on top. Imagine eastern and Central Canada without Alberta's money, and re read Russet's last post on what Carnage PM Carney has planned for Canadians.
