Kinda curious, I think, that you would leave out the final disposition of your sad misfortune.
Nothing curious or sad about it at all. In such instances, the outcome is a foregone conclusion. I thought, anyway, that I'd told the outcome. Guess not. The other company had to change their name.
We really feel bad for ya
I don't understand your sarcasm. I was not asking for sympathy for something that happened years ago and was not a big deal. It was just a comparable situation and I was offering it as an indication of how these things work.
And to think a co. would attempt to steal your trademark. Those bad boys
You seem to have a major comprehension problem. Too busy trying to read what's not there that you miss what is.
As I said, they didn't try to steal it. They mistakenly took the same name because they didn't realize it was still being used.
And if you'd read further, you'd have seen that I said that the same situation is extremely likely the truth with "Next Level".
I am neutral where this company is concerned. There are potential negatives and potential positives. Though I have owned the stock, I don't currently. It is, however, on my watchlist and I intend to buy when I see a good reason to do so, whether that reason is good, credible news, or a perceived bottoming of the price.
Save your sarcasm and slamming for your perceived "enemy". It's a waste of time to attack folks in the bleachers simply because they're not in the Pep club. |
