NOAA has not been accurate since the 1970's 80's,they can't forecast anything correctly anymore. They sit on their asses using old computers while making minimum wage. I'.m 50/50 on privitising and my concerns are bringing in experts like Jim Cantore to run things but there are very few that are any good in the 21st century. These guys can't predict a sunny day in San Diego. The entire system is sadly fucked up
