Welcome. Usually numbers only on a caseback are serial #'s and there's no need to post those. Many watches have model # using a combination of letters and numbers or a distinctive name if not obvious on the dial. For large watchmakers like Seiko, Citizen, Casio, etc. sometimes the model # varies by country but without seeing pictures of dial would guess your Seiko movement is in this family of watches:

Cannot comment on Rodania without seeing picture of dial to compare, and same with Fossil as Rodania.

Without seeing dial pics to compare my guess is the Rodania and Fossil aren't worth much, maybe beer money. As a watch the Seiko is more interesting, imo, but not necessarily worth much more than the other two. Fwiw.
