PooTin rejects full ceasefire, but he proposes a "ceasefire" that only includes long-range strikes on energy and infrastructure.

You know what that means. Ukraine's strikes on RuZZian refineries are having a HUGE effect, and PooTin is worried about allowing that to continue.

To be sure, Zelensky expressed some agreement with the limited ceasefire:

But I suspect this is just Zelensky calling PooTin on his bluff.
