Don't know how that works out in the US, Jens. I don't know what info a transfer agent can make public. Also, it is my understanding that stock held in street name at any brokerage counts as only one shareholder, no matter how many people at that brokerage may own that stock.
In my case, it's skewed even more. I've got shares in two different accounts at Farsight (my account and a joint account), a block in my company's account at AGE, and another block in my account at Schwab. 4 shareholders, though really just me.
FWIW, (and it's worth no more than the price I'm charging <g>) I haven't been able to talk to Delmar today. He was tied up in a long-distance call most of the morning and is now busy at the lawyer's, presumably working on financials.
I left a message for him to call me when he can, even if it's after hours.
Personally, though I've heard it many times before in varying degrees of confidence, I think it's very likely the 1996 10K will be filed in the next 2-3 days. |
