I believe from some previous poster, can't remember who, that the SEC has put a gag order on SEXI to talk about any of the SEC investigations. This makes sense to me and seems necessary. I would also imagine if they have a gag order, that the SEC will also not discuss a company that is under investigation. It is just my opinion. Jeff, I know you are mad and rightfully so. I think we are all mad. I don't think the fact that the company is now not saying anything means anything other than that the SEC has ordered SEXI not to discuss this investigation. Linda
