Stack Capital to list 757,948 warrants on TSX March 24

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that 757,948 common share purchase warrants of Stack Capital Group Inc. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on March 24, 2025, under the symbol STCK.WT.A and with Cusip No. 85236X 15 3. According to the TSX, the warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of units that closed on Oct. 30, 2024, and Nov. 22, 2024. Each warrant is exercisable at $11 per share until 4 p.m. Toronto time on Oct. 30, 2027.
