a little worried here -- jumped off cliff without looking

Just kidding, but seriously, what did you expect? Ya gotta do yer homework kids, or yer just playin' the ponies.

Anyway, I say don't ditch that MRRW yet. Assuming you don't need the money for a few years (which should always be true of any money you put into stocks), MRRW is likely to rise significantly once the snowboard industry finishes its "shake-out" of excess supply. I have spoken with management and they basically sounded optimistic long-term, if not short-term.

The recent jump was due to the spectacle of the Olympics, not a change in fundamentals, which are still weak. It didn't help, either, that MRRW rider Todd Richards finished out of the medals. Yet MRRW is a well-respected name in snowboards which, with its recent acquisition of apparel maker Westbeach, may become a strong player once the industry consolidates in the next year or so.

In the meantime, get your hands on some 10-Q's and start crunching those numbers!
