It’s not hard to check, once in a while, what are the top SPX sectors over the past 3-6-12 months. Pick a few you like best - and consider them.

Read that it takes from about 5 to as long as 12 months for an intermediate term trend to develop and to become established. Such trends have a strong tendency to continue for some time. Short term trends - and long term trends (after 2-3 years or so) - have a strong tendency to reverse.
