Sounds like you have a plan

Did no seeds in the Green House this year as I go back to the lake and have limited room to put in a garden.

I have one 4'x8' raised bed there so will have to plant vegetable accordingly.

AMNF just made N0. #2 position in the taxable portfolio behind my CVX. Both good dividend payers and excellent growth in AMNF.

You may not remember the story about AMNF when I did my first buys in 2010. It was their dividend ! They had a policy to always pay a dividend even when capital was tight. That told me that it was important to management (even over growth).

Maybe not have been the best practice but they kept it going, not missing one quarter EVER!. For a micro Cap to do that is/was impressive (to me).

I too like the regular divided over any 'special' dividend. The other thing is no stock splits and/or share dilution over the 15 years I have owned them.

Stay tuned for the CEO announcement in the next few weeks.
