Jon, I will speak for myself but I do know that Madly is a very thorough and very diligent person as she found AVAL through my posts on another thread and before she got real involved has done alot of dd on this company and the principles involved. I have met Bernard Hicks several times in DesMoines as being from Iowa I was intrigued with this company. I find Bernard to be refreshingly honest as he has always asked any questions that I wanted answered and has also been cautious not to tell me too much either. He is on a plane to Chicago today on business and is available on his pager at 800-772-4068 if you would like to talk to him. He will probably be in meetings so he may not call you right back. I have been in business for 17 years and feel that I usually can pick out someone who is dishonest or frankly a liar. I have been priviledged to meet him face to face which I feel also helps know more about someone. I even had a friend of mine call Bernard and ask him several questions as to get a feel for his business plan and how realistic it was and got good reviews from that. I feel very confident that AVAL will get their financing and pending acquistion in the near future and feel now is a good time to add to your position if you feel comfortable doing that. I am going to Chicago this weekend and plan on talking about AVAL to business clients of mine as I feel stock in this area is still very reasonable. I am also going to Kansas City later in March and will do more pr work there. As far as making all these claims Bernard did not tell me I had to talk about AVAL on the internet but I started this thread wanting to introduce people to this company as it is relatively an unknown company just starting to get their business plan in motion. I have tried to be careful in what I have said on SI as I did want everyone to know somewhat of the happenings the company was moving foward in but have always encouraged anyone to call and talk to Bernard and do their own dd. As far as my stock position I have bought stock in the open market and don't feel by any means I own much of the float and I don't think that Madly does either. As far as time to talk to Bernard he usually doen't talk to long and I don't like to bother him if he is on an important business call. Usually we talk early in the morning or later at night. I have not talked to Bernard myself since last Friday. As far as impending news I really can't say for sure but feel a week or two would be in the ballpark. This is my own opinion and not Bernards.
