Team Trump has the proper states of balls and brains to do the tariffs + ships combo

If Team Trump backs down on either the tariffs or the ships moves, credibility becomes an issue going forward

Should the Team execute either tariffs and / or ships move, mega MAGA credibility but horrific effects, second order effects, and TwoAPucs (the worst of all possible unintended consequences)
