Columbia student sues Trump admin over efforts to deport her (The Hill)

Even though she has a green card, this Korean-American student is being deported by the fukkin' Nazis in the Trump administration because she participated in pro-Palestinian protests.

There is no proof that she was ever a material supporter of terrorism. She was arrested for being part of a protest on March 5, but anyone can be arrested for anything. She should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

But that doesn't matter to the fukkers in Washington right now, who think they have carte blanche to go after ANYONE who dares to express differing political viewpoints.

And they're not just going after student visa holders as well, nor are they just going after those with temporary legal residence.

They are now going after PERMANENT legal residents. And they are doing it with the flimsiest of legal justifications.

Again, remember how the MAGA assholes gaslit anyone who dared to point out that Trump will not just go after illegal immigrants, but LEGAL immigrants as well?

What will they say to this? "Oh, she's a tErRoRiSt! Oh, she doesn't belong here! Trump has the authority to kick out anyone who isn't a full-blown citizen. If you disagree, GFY!"

Which proves one thing. MAGA cultists are lying cowards. They will say anything to avoid defending their newfound love of fascism.
