So, now it wants to go ahead and replace the enormous amount of arable land it has lost thanks to mismanagement, excessive urbanization, pollution, salinization, over fertilization, climate change for which it is responsible, etc., with the Tibetan Plateau - in the name of climate change!!
It's like putting Dracula in charge of the blood bank. The Plateau doesn't stand a chance. Another big megalomaniacal failure in the making.
Jeez, if the irony doesn't slap you in the face, then you are incapable of understanding. Almost as ironic as the fact that China is the world’s leader in the manufacture of electric vehicles, but it’s also the world’s leader in generating electricity by burning coal.
