Paul, I would say that USXX had a pretty meteoric rise over the past several weeks. We need some consolidation and some clarification on why Warrens left the BOD. Most of all, USXX needs to be able to publicly announce that it has a contract for another prison industry facility. Those kinds of results will be what ultimately support this stock price and a future increase in value. I'm still supportive of what K. Smith is attempting to create here. However, I wish to notify everyone that I have been trading this stock looking for moves to the upside and places to reenter my positions. I guess that is probably a given, but I feel spiritually compelled to relay that caveat to readers of my comments. Regards, Ron
