Ukraine had dozens of attacks on Zaporozhye NPP, its Kursk offensive was apparently to reach to the nuclear power plant there (fell short), and then there was the false flag attack on one of the protective elements of Chernobyl NPP. So there is definitely a pattern there... Complete 180 degree difference between reckless behavior of Ukraine and Russia, which has the capabilities, but never came close to harming any of the Ukraine's NPPs
