$AIRI My take on Air Industries Group:

Bearish: Debt is about $36 million altogether. That's about $10 per share of debt. That's a lot and the debt service is high. Indeed, if it weren't for the debt service, the company would be net profitable--it is net profitable on an EBITA.

Bullish: Sales are increasing and so is backlog. It appears that relations with large customers--esp. Raytheon, Northrop and Lockheed--are tight and growing. If, big IF, backlog is significantly profitable (say at about 25% gross margin) the company will not only be able to service its debt, it will be able to pay down its debt.

Debt of $37 million + current market cap of about $11 million=$46 million. That's a very cheap price for a big company to pay for a company with $55 million in sales and a market cap of $11 million--and the other positive features mentioned above. My conclusion, buyout potential $60 million=$18.75 per share, if things go well the next few quarters.
