Eyeliner Vance, who attended Yale Law School and should know the law better than most everyone else, claimed the following:
Because he is not a citizen, he does not get a full jury trial by peers. In other words, whatever “due process” he was entitled to, he received.
That is blatantly incorrect, and VANCE KNOWS IT. Non-citizens are entitled to the full protection of the 5th and 14th amendments. They have every right to due process, free speech, freedom of religion, right to remain silent, and equal protection under the law.

Either that, or everyone I know who isn't a full-fledged citizen can be rounded up and sent to the Salvadorian gulags because according to the couch-fukker, they don't have the same rights as naturalized citizens.

And given the demographic makeup of Silicon Valley, that amounts to a sizable percentage of the population here.
