Seems like they think we've hit a very important turning point for equities in the very long time frames.
Let me guess: bearish.

I couldn’t open the web page. But, got some promos about subscribing to a range of services.

I used to subscribe to them, many years ago - starting, I think, in 1997 or so. Learned a lot from them. I think Elliott waves is an unusual type of TA — anyone who knows nothing about it, would be wise to learn. And those who know more, might be smart to forget much of it. Which, I suppose, puts me in the wise&smart category… LOL

The “very long time frames” is where EW is problematic. Their founder, Robert Prechter, called the top of the Grand Supercycle decades ago - and that, kind of, ruined his reputation. It may not be possible to determine a top of a cycle which goes on for centuries - a number of human lifetimes.

I think EW is much better when one sticks to patterns which are immediately visible - and tries to stay agnostic with regard to much larger - and much smaller - time frames.
