Leave all of the NDA paperwork to management; they have a competent and experienced team on it. Can anyone confirm this hiring of PhDs? We should be spending a lot more time looking for things like that. I am also very interested in the general mood amond the researchers. Like how well they like working there. That makes a huge difference to the productivity of a researcher. Cheers, Torben
