Sotomayor said that the "first way" the founders devised to avoid the ascent of a monarch was "to give Congress the power of the purse."
I'm looking for her complaint about Biden ignoring congress and disobeying SCOTUS while he gave away tens of billions in student loan forgiveness. Oh right, she didn't. He was the right kind of monarch.
