No, I believe that was Nestles' commercials that used the delightful Basset Hound. Sold me, it did.

I love Basset Hounds but never owned one myself. They are quite lovable and have generally good and docile dispositions. They are mercifully quiet, bordering on lethargic. As one renowned dog writer so aptly put it, they are the canine equivalent of the Sherman tank. But if you are really into canine lethargy, get a St. Bernard. Nope, never owned one of those either.
