hysterical libs whine and whimper about here The riff raff have certainly come out of hibernation. Their jabbering lacks any sort of objective analysis and they're basically pissing in the wind as a result.. The key to future US trade and tariff policy lies with the GOP Congress. Right now it's pretty much wait and see how it develops. IMO, trade wars benefit nobody and if the current global chaos drags on, there will be a political price to pay. Activist judges will correctly be slapped down, but voters, especially GOP voters, hold the key to potential Congressional activism. If Trump does prove to be wrong and inflation takes off and the economy takes a severe dump, Congress will apply the brakes if their constituents demand it. The Constitution does (wisely, IMO) delegate tax and spend authority to the Legislative, not the Executive branch of the Federal government. I'm willing to wait and see how it washes out, but admit that I don't like how Trump's currently playing the game. Time will tell..
