Any low higher than 6-years-low does not discount Biden and give credit to Trump 1.0 even as Trump 1.0 included Covid-low

IOW, am enthusiastic for covid-low

What we are in should get us to Covid-low, else insincere of both Team USA and Team China

So, say March 15 2020 low as show of sincerity
